We periodically inspect the system to ensure it is functioning properly.

Radon Assurance covers the radon mitigation system from the suction point to the exhaust pipe.
This includes: all components of the suction system and the exhaust system, the seal between slab and the suction pipe, seal between the membrane and the suction pipe, all mechanical components of the system.
For sub membrane depressurization systems, we cover small rips or tears in the membrane. We do not cover damage to the membrane caused from age or other systems or issues within the structure which creates the need for a full or partial membrane replacement.
